We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Crawl Space Encapsulation and French Drain Specialist. Starting pay is $30–$45 an hour.

What You’ll Do:
Perform crawl space encapsulation, including moisture barrier installation, insulation, and sealing to improve energy efficiency and air quality.
Install French drains and other water management systems to protect property foundations from water intrusion.
Conduct inspections to assess the condition of crawl spaces, basements, and other areas to identify potential repairs.
Work with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have.
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the workspace throughout and after each project.
