Free Crawlspace Inspections
We believe in providing value from the start. That’s why we offer free crawlspace inspections to homeowners, ensuring that any potential issues are identified early. Our goal is to assess your crawlspace thoroughly so we can recommend only the necessary solutions—helping you avoid unnecessary or costly work.

Structural Engineering
If your foundation is showing evidence of major structural issues, we will bring in one of our structural engineers to write up and provide a scope of work. ACH will then give you an accurate estimate of the cost to repair, which is usually half the price of the big franchises. If the issue is a minor structural issue, we usually don't need the engineer and can fix it for you according to building code.
Interior & Exterior French Drains
If you have mold, water, or moisture issues, a full crawlspace encapsulation and/or French drains inside or outside should fix the issue. At ACH we try to figure out why you have the problems before we start fixing them. You would be surprised how many houses can fix a lot of water issues just by cleaning gutters, downspouts, existing drains, and/or some light, positive grading.
Subsurface water is another issue. We use Dutch augers to hand dig for soil samples to test moisture below and beside your foundation. We like to take it one step at a time to figure out the best solution for you instead of encouraging you to spend unnecessary money.
Other Drainage Solutions
We have been doing French drains for over 30 years. We do drains inside the crawlspace or outside the foundation. We use high-quality, long-lasting materials backfilled with proper aggregate to ensure durability over time. A less expensive but often effective alternative is simply to attach pipes to your downspouts to direct the water away from the foundation.
ACH can hand dig the places where we can't get our machine. We also dig swales and dig gutters.
Mold and Radon Inspections
ACH does mold and radon inspections, testing, and mitigation. Mold and radon can pose serious risks to your home and health. If for any reason your issue is beyond out score, then we arrange 3rd party mold + radon inspectors. If the radon levels are high, we will provide a few different options. We could install a radon abatement system with no ducted fan or a passive abatement system. We treat mold with a proprietary, non-toxic spray.
Realtor Inspections
For Realtors, Buyers, and Sellers, we provide detailed crawlspace inspections at a small fee, typically ranging from $175 to $250. This service gives you essential insights, making sure you know the condition of the property you’re buying or selling. We also understand contract negotiations and/or repair requests.

MCM provides expert tree work for both residential and commercial projects. With the right equipment and experience, we handle everything from precise limbing and topping to improve views without full removal to safely taking down large trees in tight spaces.
